At OzSuppliers, we stand by the quality of our products. While wholesale orders are typically considered final, we do offer limited returns and refunds in specific cases as outlined below.
🔁 Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection of size, color, or variant (unless due to listing error)
- Products listed as “final sale” or custom orders
💸 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we offer the following refund options:
- Full or partial refund to your original payment method (Bank Transfer or PayPal)
- Credit note to be used for future orders
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If eligible, you may request a refund or credit and place a new order separately.
📦 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or faulty items).
- We recommend using a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
