❓ Who can buy from OzSuppliers?
We sell only to wholesale buyers, such as e-commerce sellers, dropshippers, retail store owners, and marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify). We do not sell single retail units to the public.
❓ Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by product. Some items are available in small bulk packs, while others require larger quantities. Submit a quote request for exact MOQ details.
❓ How do I place an order?
- Browse products and choose the items you’re interested in.
- Click “Request a Quote” and submit your details.
- We’ll send you a final price including shipping.
- Pay via bank transfer or PayPal.
- Your order will be processed and shipped!
❓ Can I get a quote before placing an order?
Yes — we operate on a quote-first model. Every product must go through a quote request so we can confirm stock, final pricing, and delivery.
❓ How long does shipping take?
We dispatch most orders within 2–5 business days of payment. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Metro: 2–4 days
- Regional: 4–7 days
- Remote: 7–10+ days
❓ Do you ship outside Australia?
No, we only ship within Australia at this time.
❓ What are your payment methods?
We accept Bank Transfer (preferred) and PayPal. Payment details will be sent with your quote approval.
❓ What happens if a product is out of stock?
We’ll inform you if an item is unavailable and offer an alternative or refund.
❓ Can I return items?
We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
❓ Do you offer custom sourcing?
