We currently ship to all regions within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

🚚 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or large-volume orders may require additional handling time (we’ll notify you in such cases).
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📬 Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery time varies depending on your location and the courier service. Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Areas: 2–4 business days
Regional Areas: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10+ business days

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are quoted separately based on order size, weight, and destination.
You will receive a final quote including shipping after submitting your order request.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery (or expected delivery date). We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the courier and offer replacements or credits if applicable.
